CONTROLLED PILOT-STAGE REVIEW
Pilot Readiness for Authorized Clinical Teams
Early Risk Alert AI is a pilot-stage, pre-commercial healthcare-professional-facing decision-support and workflow-support software platform. Current pilot-readiness work focuses on controlled evaluation, workflow fit, usability review, governance readiness, and future study planning.
The platform organizes already-acquired numeric vital-sign observations into pattern-based review notifications and explainable review context for authorized health care professionals to review independently.
Decision support only. Early Risk Alert AI does not diagnose, direct treatment, replace clinician judgment, independently trigger escalation, or replace bedside monitoring systems, immediate physiologic alarms, or hospital emergency-response systems.
Scope of Controlled Pilot-Stage Evaluation
Pilot-stage evaluation discussions focus on retrospective, de-identified, aggregate evidence; review-workflow fit; usability; governance readiness; and planning for future controlled studies.
The platform organizes historical records into explainable review queues and dashboards that display retrospective aggregate findings related to review-notification behavior, monitored-parameter trends, and workflow characteristics.
Current pilot-stage evaluations do not involve live deployment, live patient monitoring, prospective alerting, or active hospital integration. All observations are limited to retrospective or synthetic evaluation data and are intended to support institutional understanding of potential workflow fit, not to direct current patient care.
Decision support only. Early Risk Alert AI does not diagnose, direct treatment, replace clinician judgment, or independently trigger escalation.
Proposed Pilot-Evaluation Path
Potential next steps are discussed with each organization based on workflow fit, governance readiness, institutional requirements, and the scope of any future controlled evaluation.
INTRODUCTORY FIT DISCUSSION
Discuss the organization’s monitored-workflow needs, review-prioritization goals, and potential evaluation scope.
2. PLATFORM AND BOUNDARY REVIEW
Review the platform concept, intended-use boundaries, decision-support-only positioning, and retrospective evidence limitations.
3. GOVERNANCE AND DATA-USE PLANNING
Discuss security, privacy, institutional review requirements, and any required agreements before future controlled evaluation activities.
4. FUTURE CONTROLLED EVALUATION DECISION
Determine whether a limited pilot-stage evaluation, workflow review, or future study-planning discussion is appropriate for the organization.
Current pilot-stage portals are limited to de-identified evaluation data. No live PHI flows or live hospital integration are currently active.
Decision support only. Early Risk Alert AI does not diagnose, direct treatment, replace clinician judgment, or independently trigger escalation.
INSURANCE READINESS Active Technology Errors & Omissions / Cyber Liability coverage is in place as part of Early Risk Alert AI’s pilot-readiness governance controls. A Certificate of Insurance is available upon request for qualified institutional discussions. Insurance readiness does not alter the platform boundary. Early Risk Alert AI remains a pilot-stage, pre-commercial decision-support and workflow-support platform. It does not diagnose, direct treatment, replace clinician judgment, or independently trigger escalation.
